Easy Peasy Cleanse Drink

Have some bloating?
Ate a lot of crap during the weekend?
Have allergies?
Can’t properly digest certain foods you know you shouldn’t have eaten but your stomach keeps rumbling??
Need a drink to keep you warm and toasty this holiday season?

Try this easy drink! I have heard of its wonders when you drink a cup first thing every morning and it’s delicious!


All you need is 3 ingredients.
1 cup of warm water
1/2 of a fresh lemon
1-2 teaspoons of local honey

Warm your water, squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and stir in the honey.

Your belly will be so happy! Enjoy!
